It’s so amazing that our Panthers are playing in the 50th Super Bowl – a historic game. We’ve already racked up some honors: MVP for Cam and Coach of Year for Rivera. Now our guys are battling the “Sheriff” and what seemed to be a Von Miller wrecking crew in the first half.
Uncharacteristically, our guys are making mistakes. Fumbles, misreads, penalties. It’s gotta stop. We’re lucky we were only down 6 at the half.
I’m not pessimistic. We can do it. It’s just not what we’re accustomed to. So now, as the second half starts, I’m hoping that our Panthers come out fresh and ready to take down the Sheriff and put some controls on Miller.
Regardless of the outcome, it’s an amazing ride for our team and they’ve had an amazing season.
Our guys have done more than put a 17-1 season in the books. They’ve showed everyone that a team can truly have a unique personality and that individuals on the team can have special personalities. Cam and the boys have showed everyone that you can have fun playing good football and I’m proud of them for that. It’s been great exposure – and quite unifying – for Charlotte.
So now the second half has started with J-Stew getting pushed backward but then Ginn gets 45 yards down the field.
OMG! Gotta go cheer for the guys and – no matter what – keep dabbin’.
